How do I file a claim under the DIRECTV PROTECTION PLAN PREMIER?

You can call DIRECTV at 1-800-531-5000 anytime to file a claim. A customer care representative will determine the best way to resolve the issue. This may include initiating a remote session into your computer or device and offering to perform a Premium Technical Service such as virus removal, etc., at no charge to you. If the problem can’t be resolved over the phone, the representative will immediately arrange for the repair or replacement of the defective device.
