Is there a service fee under the DIRECTV PROTECTION PLAN PREMIER?


A $50 service fee applies when a repair or replacement is required on TVs, home theater systems, computers, tablets, netbooks, and monitors less than 24 inches. The service fee must be paid and received in advance of the service being provided and may be paid by a valid credit card. There is a $2000 per claim limit and a $6000 claim limit per 12-month period.

Note: You will not be charged a service fee for claims related to a DIRECTV product such as your receiver or remote control. However, the costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product will apply toward the aggregate claim limit.
