Why do I no longer have the Mtn. Network channel?

Print

On May 31, 2012, the Mtn. Network (Ch. 616), a sports network that broadcasts Mountain West Conference collegiate sports, will no longer be on the air. The channel is disappearing completely, not just from DIRECTV's channel lineup, but from the channel lineups of all TV providers. The channel is currently included in our CHOICE™ Package and above in select regions and as part of DIRECTV SPORTS PACK in the rest of the country. Starting May 31, the channel will no longer exist.

XTRA subscribers and above: Some Mountain West Conference (MWC) college athletic events will be available on CBS Sports Network (channel 613). Some events are not yet scheduled; however, scheduled events will be listed on directv.com or themwc.com
