Why do I still see a message to update DIRECTV Player after installing the latest update? 


If you're still seeing a message to update DIRECTV Player after you completed the installation, please do one of the following:
Install the DIRECTV Player update from a different browser. The updated DIRECTV Player will be installed on all of your browsers, so once the installation is complete, you can watch videos in any browser. Just remember to quit all of your browsers if they haven't already been quit, and relaunch the browser you want to use.

If you do not have another browser installed on your computer, try emptying your browser cache first and then install the DIRECTV Player update. The steps for emptying your browser's cache vary by browser. Please consult your browser's Help. Once you've emptied the cache, install the DIRECTV Player update.
