What happened to Vision Alaska LLC?

For the second time in less than two months, and with little advance warning, Vision Alaska LLC shut down its ABC-affiliated stations in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau in the middle of the night to force DIRECTV customers to pay nearly eight times more than before.
