Solution 2: Check your receiver connections
If your receiver model number is HR20, HR21, HR22, HR23, H21, H22, H23, or R22 you should have a Whole-Home Adapter
(pictured on the right) attached to the back of your receiver. Verify that the Whole-Home Adapter
is securely connected to the receiver and its power LED is steady green. If the Whole-Home Adapter
device is missing or its power light is not on, call us at 1-800-531-5000.
If your receiver model number is HR24 or higher or H24 or higher, you DO NOT
need the Whole Home Adapter
. Make sure you do not have a Whole Home Adapter
attached to the back of your receiver. Also make sure there are no devices connected to your receiver's Ethernet port.
