My receiver keeps resetting itself. What should I do?

There might be a problem with your receiver's power supply.
Solution 1: Check your power supply cables
ImageMake sure your TV and your receiver are both on.
ImageUnplug the end of the power cord connected to the back of your receiver and plug it back in. Make sure it's securely connected.
ImageUnplug the other end of your receiver's power cord that's plugged into the electrical outlet and plug it back in.

Note: If the electrical outlet is controlled by a wall light switch, make sure the switch is on. If your receiver is plugged into a power strip, make sure the power strip is on.
ImagePress the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.

Solution 2: Check the electrical outlet
ImageTest the electrical outlet that your receiver is plugged in to by plugging another electrical appliance (for example, a lamp) into it. If the appliance keeps turning on and off, you may have a problem with this outlet.
ImagePlug your receiver into an outlet you know is working properly.
ImagePress the Power button on the front panel of your receiver.
