Can I recycle DIRECTV equipment I'm no longer using?

Print

Yes! We’ve created a site especially for that purpose. It's easy to use. It's FREE. And it's not just for your DIRECTV equipment. We'll take just about any unused electronic devices, up to four pieces. You send them to us and we’ll responsibly recycle them. To get started, just go to our recycling site, and follow these steps:

  1. Answer questions about your equipment.
  2.
  3. Print a shipping label.*
  4.
  5. Ship your device to our certified R2 recycler.

It's that easy. Visit the site today and get those old electronics out of your home without sending them to a landfill.

*If the site determines that your receiver is one that DIRECTV can still use, you will be prompted to call us.
We will arrange for it to be refurbished.
