To check your model number, press and hold the INFO button on your remote and look for the model number next to "Receiver."
To check if you’re connected to the Internet, press the DASH button on your remote. If you see “Internet: Not detected” click here to learn how to connect your HD DVR.
Have all of these items in place? If so, we just need some info to get you to the right instructions. Press the DASH button on your remote. In the popup message that appears on your screen, do you see “SWiM: Connected” or “SWiM: Not Connected”
