Why did I stop getting my referral bill credits?


You get a $10 bill credit every month for ten months for each friend you refer. Please check when you’ve made your referral—your 10-month referral credit period may have ended.

If your referral period hasn’t ended, your credits may have stopped because you downgraded to an ineligible TV package. You must subscribe to SELECT package or higher for the entire 10-month referral credit period.
