I referred a friend recently. Am I going to get a confirmation email?


Yes, you'll get a confirmation email. You'll also get an email when your friend orders DIRECTV, and when his or her DIRECTV® System has been activated. If you haven’t received any confirmations, please check your email spam folder. We recommend add the sender’s email to your address book to ensure it won't happen again.

Note: If we don't have your email address on file, we'll send the confirmations via regular mail.
