I have a 4K TV but it's not a DIRECTV 4K Ready TV. Can I still enjoy DIRECTV 4K Ultra HD?


Yes, but ONLY if your compatible 4K TV is connected to a 4K Genie Mini (Model C61K or later). Please note you will also need a Genie HD DVR (model HR54 or later), the DIRECTV® ULTIMATE or PREMIER Package and 4K account authorization.

Your 4K equipment must be professionally installed by a DIRECTV technician. Please call ((855) 834-4388 to schedule an installation appointment. Make sure your Internet is working before the technician arrives.
