How do I upgrade to DIRECTV 4K Ultra HD?


First, please make sure you have the right package and equipment to enjoy DIRECTV 4K Ultra HD. Please note, in addition to the correct DIRECTV equipment, you will also need a 4K television. Learn more

Your DIRECTV equipment must be professionally installed by a DIRECTV technician. If you already have DIRECTV, please call us at
(855) 630-1786 to schedule an appointment. If you don't have DIRECTV, please call (855) 834-4388. Your DIRECTV technician will set up your equipment and activate your 4K Ultra HD service. Make sure your Internet is working before the technician arrives.
