If you’re still having trouble, select the Chat link at the bottom right to chat with one of our representatives.
We’ll email you a temporary password. Please copy and paste your temporary password in the entry field and select Continue. Please note that you will not be able to sign in to any of the DIRECTV apps with your temporary password.
Enter a new password, then confirm it. When you’re done, select Continue.
