Why are my parental controls disabled and how do I re-set?


We updated our online viewing settings to match those on your receivers and mobile devices. Now, you are able to hide movie and series content individually based on their ratings, and additionally protect those changes with a PIN.

With this update, you will need to reset parental control settings on each of your devices individually:

Setting parental controls on receivers
Setting parental controls on tablets
