Can my DIRECTV and AT&T bills be combined?

At this time, DIRECTV For Business is not able to combine your current DIRECTV and AT&T bill statements. We will notify our business customers as soon as we are able to offer this service. If you have any questions please call our Customer Service center 1-888-388-4249.

I am both an AT&T and DIRECTV customer. Will I start getting one bill for both services?

Do I get a discount if I sign up for one of the qualifying DIRECTV+AT&T bundle packages?

Yes, you may be eligible for a discount, depending on which DIRECTV and AT&T services you select. Please call 1-800-321-2000 and we’ll help you find the perfect option for you.

Do I get a discount if I add AT&T to my DIRECTV service or vice versa?

At this time, there are no discounts for existing DIRECTV business customers who add an AT&T service to their account. If you have additional questions, please contact our Customer Care center at 1-888-388-4249.

I subscribe to the Century Link/Verizon and DIRECTV bundle. Now that DIRECTV is part of AT&T, will I have to switch AT&T?

No, you don’t have to switch. If you’d like to explore other options, please call us at 1-800-321-2000.

Can I get free DIRECTV now that the companies have merged?

No, you still need a DIRECTV subscription. Please call 1-888-388-4249 and we’ll help you find the perfect entertainment option for you.

I’m subscribed to a DIRECTV and AT&T bundle package. Do I get anything if I refer another business to DIRECTV?

Yes, we offer a Refer-a-Business program for you and businesses you refer. Please call us at 1-888-388-4249 to find out more.

I want to cancel either DIRECTV or AT&T service, or both. Will I be charged a cancellation fee?

Yes, however, fees vary depending on the service you wish to cancel. Also, if you choose to cancel only one of the services, you may no longer qualify for certain discounts. Please call DIRECTV at 1-888-388-4249 for your DIRECTV services or 1-800-321-2000 to get assistance with your AT&T service.

General Questions

Will there be any changes to my DIRECTV’s products, services, or contract?

We assure you that the joining of DIRECTV and AT&T will have no impact on your DIRECTV service or your customer agreement. You’ll still get the same great entertainment at a great price, just from AT&T instead.

Should I contact AT&T if I need help with my DIRECTV service?

No. If you have any questions about your DIRECTV service, please contact DIRECTV For Business at 1-888-388-4249.

Is there anything I need to do now that DIRECTV and AT&T are one company?

No, you’re all set. We’re doing everything to make this merger a seamless transition for our customers.

Customers with AT&T & DIRECTV Services

Will my DIRECTV be automatically replaced by U-verse® TV? Can I switch from DIRECTV to U-verse® TV?

No, there will be no changes to your DIRECTV service. At this time, DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse® TV are sold as two separate services. If you’re still under contract, you cannot switch from one to the other without a cancellation fee.

If I get DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse® High Speed Internet, can I get both installed at the same time?

We strongly recommend having your Internet installed before your DIRECTV installation; however, it is not required.

I’m interested in getting DIRECTV and AT&T bundle. How do I order?

You can order by calling 1-800-321-2000.

How do I view and pay my bill?

The format in which you view and pay both your DIRECTV and AT&T bills has not changed. Please continue to remit payment to both companies separately as you do today.

How do I sign up for AutoPay?

To sign up to pay for DIRECTV Auto-bill payments please contact our Customer Care center at 1-888-388-4229 or AT&T Customer Care at 1-800-321-2000.

Can I pay my bill or return my DIRECTV equipment at the AT&T store?

You can pay your AT&T bill at any of their stores; however, you are not able to return your DIRECTV equipment or pay your DIRECTV bill at an AT&T store.
