Will my DIRECTV be automatically replaced by U-verse® TV? Can I switch from DIRECTV to U-verse® TV?

No, there will be no changes to your DIRECTV service. At this time, DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse® TV are sold as two separate services. If you're still under contract, you cannot switch from one to the other without a cancellation fee.

If I get DIRECTV and AT&T U-verse® High Speed Internet, can I get both installed at the same time?

We strongly recommend having your Internet installed before your DIRECTV installation. This means an AT&T technician will have to come in to set up your Internet first. Once your Internet is working, a DIRECTV technician will be able to connect your DIRECTV equipment to your home network, allowing you to access all the great DIRECTV features, such as On Demand, live TV streaming, controlling your TV with your iPad®, and much more.

Don't worry, you don't have to coordinate these installation appointments. We'll take care of everything when you call to place your order. Although we can't guarantee that both installations will occur during the same appointment window, we will try to schedule them for the same day if possible.
