I already have access to DIRECTV 4K On Demand. How do I get DIRECTV 4K channels 104, 105, and 106?

If you already have 4K On Demand, you need a Model HR54 Genie HD DVR or later, and the ULTIMATE Package or above.

To find out what Genie HD DVR model you have, follow these steps:

Step 1

Go to your Genie HD DVR and press the MENU button on your remote.

Step 2

Navigate down to Settings & Help and select Settings. You'll see your receiver information. If you have an older model (HR34 or HR44), please call us at (855) 630-1786 to upgrade to the latest model. If you don't have DIRECTV, please call (855) 834-4388. Depending on your DIRECTV® System setup, we'll either mail it to you or send a professional technician to your house to install it.
