What can I do if my app freezes or stops working?

If the app freezes or stops working, you can use force quit to restart the app.   

To force quit on an iPhone or iPad: 
  • Double tap the home button quickly.
  • Swipe up on the DIRECTV App.
  To force quit on an Android or Kindle device:
  • Enter multitasking by pressing the Square icon at the bottom of your screen.
  • Swipe right or left on the DIRECTV App.
