How to change DIRECTV Auto Bill Pay Information

You have full control over when and how your Auto Bill Pay payments are deducted. Click any of the links below to learn more.

 

To change your payment method:

Step 1. Sign in to your DIRECTV account

Note: You can also sign in by placing your cursor over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username (email address) and password. Then click Sign In.

 

Step 2. Click Manage Settings below Auto Bill Pay.

 

Step 3. Click Change payment method.

 

Step 4. If you want to change your credit or debit card, select Use another credit or debit card. If you want to change your checking account, select Use another checking account.

 

Step 5. Enter the information for your new credit card or checking account. Then click Done.

Note: Your newly selected payment method may take effect on your next bill. Changing your payment method may also affect your selected Auto Bill Pay date.

 

To cancel upcoming payment

Step 1. Sign in to your DIRECTV account

Note: You can also sign in by placing your cursor over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account username (email address) and password. Then click Sign In.

 

Step 2. Click Manage Settings below Auto Bill Pay.

 

Step 3. Click Cancel this payment.

 

Step 4. Review the changes and click Submit.
