Updating your Auto Bill Pay info

When you enroll in Auto Bill Pay, your DIRECTV payment is automatically deducted from your checking account, credit card or debit card on the same date each month. See below for info on how to make changes.

To change your payment method:

Step 1 – Sign in to your DIRECTV account

Note: You can also sign in by placing your cursor over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account user ID (email address) and password and select Sign In.

 

Step 2 – Select My Bills & Transactions > Auto Bill Pay.

 

Step 3 – If you want to change your credit or debit card, select Use another credit or debit card. If you want to change your checking account, select Use another checking account.

 

Step 4 – Enter the information for your new credit card or checking account. Select Done to submit.

Note: Your newly selected payment method may take effect on your next bill. Changing your payment method may also affect your selected Auto Bill Pay date.

 

To cancel upcoming payment

Step 1 – Sign in to your DIRECTV account

Note: You can also sign in by placing your cursor over My Account above the main navigation. Enter your DIRECTV account user ID (email address) and password. Then click Sign In.

 

Step 2 – Select My Bills & Transactions > Auto Bill Pay.

 

Step 3 – Select Cancel this payment.

 

Step 4 – Review the changes and click Submit.
