Can my DIRECTV and AT&T bills be combined?

Yes. If you’re a DIRECTV and AT&T customer, please call us at 1-800-288-2020 to start receiving one bill for both services. It may take one to two billing periods for this change to take effect. Please make sure to pay your last DIRECTV bill in full on directv.com to avoid a late fee.

I am both an AT&T and DIRECTV customer. Will I start getting one bill for both services?

Some customers will start getting a combined DIRECTV and AT&T bill automatically. If you’re one of those customers, we will let you know you via email. Otherwise, please call us at 1-800-288-2020 to combine your bill.

I just combined my DIRECTV and AT&T bills. Where do I go to pay my last bill?

Please make sure to pay your last DIRECTV bill in full on directv.com to avoid a late fee. You will receive your new combined bill in the next billing period.

Please note: If you were previously enrolled in Auto Bill Pay or Paperless Billing, your settings do not carry over to your combined bill. Please sign up for Paperless Billing and Auto Bill Pay again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How do I view and pay my bill?

If your AT&T and DIRECTV bills are now combined, please visit att.com to view and pay your bill. If you need help, click here.

Can I pay my bill or return my DIRECTV equipment at the AT&T store?

Yes, you can pay your bill at any AT&T retail location. Also, if you have any issues with your account or service, an AT&T store employee will be able to assist you. However, you cannot purchase or return DIRECTV equipment at the store.
