My receiver keeps resetting itself. What should I do?

There might be a problem with your receiver’s power supply.
Solution 1: Check your power supply cables

ImageMake sure your TV and your receiver are both on.
ImageUnplug the end of the power cord connected to the back of your receiver and plug it back in. Make sure it’s securely connected.

Note: If the electrical outlet is controlled by a wall light switch, make sure the switch is on. If your receiver is plugged into a power strip, make sure the power strip is on.
