I get an error message when I try to launch the DIRECTV App. What should I do?

First, check to make sure that you are connected to WiFi or cellular network and have good signal strength (at least one bar). If you believe you are connected but still get the error, try to open a web page in your web browser, then wait a few minutes before retrying the DIRECTV app. If you can’t open a web page, this means you are not successfully connected to a network.
