To find out if your Genie HD DVR is connected to the Internet:
- Press the RIGHT ARROW on your remote control
- If you see the pop-up message reading ‘no network connection detected’, please check your connection and try again, as your receiver is NOT connected to the Internet. Please visit www.directv.com/connectedhome for more information on how to connect your Genie HD DVR to the Internet.
If you do not see the above message, your Genie HD DVR is connected.
