Why am I not able to register my mobile device to my DVR when I am away from home?

If you see the following “We couldn’t register your mobile device” error message, it could be due to an error registering your mobile device to your Wi-Fi network.

If registering your first mobile device:

  • You must be register your first mobile device on the same Wi-Fi connection as your receiver.

If this is an additional device:

  • The Wi-Fi bandwidth is too low.
  • The Internet speed isn’t strong enough.
