DIRECTV error codes 734, 741, 742, or 743

These numbers mean your receiver does not have the programming information for the Pay Per View title you’re trying to order. Usually this issue can be fixed by “refreshing” your receiver. Please visit the My Equipment page and then select the “Refresh Receiver” link next to the receiver you’re having trouble with.
