On-screen message: “To pay your bill, see directv.com/ext203 or call 800.531.5000, ext. 203.”

You’re seeing this message because your account is now past due and services have been reduced to a minimum level. To resolve this issue and restore full DIRECTV service within minutes, please pay the outstanding balance using one of the following payment options:

If you manage your account on directv.com:

  • Make a one-time payment online at directv.com. Learn how
  • If you’re enrolled in Auto Bill Pay, update your credit card
  • Text by phone – text “PAY” to 21880 (SMS rates may apply)
  • Call 800.531.5000 to pay using our automated phone system

If you manage your account on att.com:

  • Make a one-time payment online at att.com. Learn how
  • If you’re enrolled in Auto Bill Pay, update your credit card
  • Call 800.288.2020 to pay using our automated phone system

  1. If your service isn’t restored within two hours of making a payment, follow these steps, depending on where you manage your account:If you manage your account on directv.com:
    •  “Refresh” your receiver online. Please visit the My Equipment page and then select the “Refresh Receiver” link next to the receiver you’re having trouble with.
    • Reset your receiver.

    If you manage your account on att.com:

    • “Refresh” your receiver online. Please visit the TV Plans Details page, scroll down to My Equipment and expand Manage & Learn About Equipment. Then select the “Refresh Receiver” link next to the receiver you’re having trouble with.
    • Reset your receiver.
