If you see Video Connection Lost displayed with error codes 617, 618 or 619 on your TV screen, it means a connection has been lost between a wireless receiver and your main Genie. Follow the prompts on your TV screen to begin troubleshooting.
- Check the connecting cables on your main receiver for a tight fit.
- Quickly press and release the red button on the main Genie receiver or Wireless Video Bridge – this restart may take several minutes and will interrupt TV service.
- Restarting the Genie client is also recommended.
